tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Alles da was man braucht, vollausgestattete Küche, Sauna, 3 Schlafzimmer, ein großes Grundstück, ein schöner See und viel Ruhe. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es für die Sauberkeit. Die Küche bräuchte dringend eine Grundreinigung, Schubkästen sind nicht sauber, viel alte Lebensmittel und die Matratzen etwas fleckig. Aber das sind eher Kleinigkeiten, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Lage war auch gut, man ist schnell am Meer und größeren Städten, wenn man will.

gelungener Urlaub

Das Hausist groß und mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Matratzen waren angenehm zum schlafen, jedoch teilweise sehr fleckig. Für mäklige Leute schon etwas eklig. Das Grundstück ist riesig und ungestört mit herrlichem Ausblick auf See und Wald!!! Super Natur (Wald, Seen und felsig) Ausgezeichneter Angelsee!!! Jeden Tag gute Fänge von Barschen und Hechten! 40 - 90 cm Kinder können vom Steg aus sehr gut stippen, aber baden eher nicht!

Schöne Lage und Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön. Die Rahmenbedingen sind gut (Boot, Sauna, Wandermöglichkeiten, Holz kostenlos). Die Ausstattung könnte besser gepflegt sein. So waren Matrazen und Sitzauflagen erneuerungsbedürftig, Schlafzimmertüren gingen nicht zu. WLAN sollte eigentlich bei dem Preis auch zum Standard gehören.

Die Lage des Hauses und das Ha...

Die Lage des Hauses und das Haus selbst hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr gerne würden wir es auch künftig wieder buchen. Aber der Vermieter sollte dringend mal sämtliche Matratzen erneuern (fleckig und unangenehmer Geruch) und ein neues Sofa (durchgesessen und unangenehmer Geruch) im Wohnzimmer wäre auch empfehlenswert. Außerdem funktionierte die Warmwasser–Versorgung nur an sonnigen Tagen (Photovoltaik) einigermaßen. Hier konnte uns der Vermieter trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen nicht wirklich weiterhelfen.
