This cosy cottage is located in a wonderful rural spot in the village of Diptford. The lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a family get away or get together with friends. This beautifully refurbished cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home.


This property has a wood fire to keep you cosy and warm during your stay.

As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a Smart television and internet access.


This cottage has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5 adults but can also accommodate the addition of 2 children 16yrs and under.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the second bedroom, there is a bunk bed with an additional pull out single bed.
The third bedroom is on the second floor this ha s a double bed. ***PLEASE NOTE*** This floor is in the attic so has a slightly narrower and steeper staircase than standard.


There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a bath.


Linen, towels, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:

- The charging of Electric cars from the property is strictly prohibited, surcharges will be applied, if ignored. There are charging facilities in the local area. Such as Totnes Morrisons.

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use.
- Pets are allowed at the property by prior arrangement. Maximum of 2 dogs.
- For extra safety, due to Covid19, all bed linen and towels to be placed separately in the washable red/green/clear bags.
