A COUNTRY HOUSE IN THE CENTER OF TOWN

House of 250 m2 early nineteenth century, naturally cool in summer, with its original materials (cement tiles, parquet flooring) will welcome you with its 5 large bedrooms, its 2 living rooms. An intimate terrace of 80 m2, facing south with a bi-hundred-year-old wisteria to keep cool. It has a large park of 1000 m2 out of sight and a salt swimming pool decorated with natural stones in a green setting, at the foot of the terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped because we love to cook, you can enjoy the cooking piano, barbecue and our local greengrocer 50m from the house for all the fresh seasonal products. We also have our 4 hens free range on an adjoining plot of land and you will have the eggs at your disposal as well as the vegetables from our vegetable garden. Public transportation is available to reach Toulouse.
