Located 16km east of Toulouse, this apartment in a secure and very quiet residence with a garden is ideally situated for exploring the Toulouse region! Just 16km from Toulouse and very close to the A68 motorway, the village of Gragnague is ideally located for business trips or holidays! The cottage is situated within a secure residence (automatic gate). It is semi-detached on both sides and benefits from two parking spaces in front of its entrance and a private enclosed garden. The owners run an equestrian center in the village (1km). The Nature Game adventure park is 7km away, as is Lake Laragou (open-air café, walks, fishing). The Buzet forest (walks, golf) is 14km away, the Villemur-sur-Tarn beach (canoeing, paddleboarding) is 27km away, and Albi (Tarn department) is 63km away. Cottage arranged as a duplex with 2 bedrooms and 3 beds: - Ground floor: entrance hall, kitchenette, living room opening through a large bay window onto a terrace and a small private enclosed garden. - Upstairs: a landing leads to 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90cm wide that can be joined together) (2 single beds 90cm wide, one of which is a mezzanine), a shower room, and a toilet. Electric heating.
