Character house 200 meters from Lake Saint Ferréol (31 REVEL), ideally located at the source of the Canal du Midi. You have the house entirely, its large garden on one side, and the terrace on the other, as well as the garage in the basement (automatic gate). Outdoor furniture and barbecue.
You can practice many activities 200 meters from the house: Rest :-) swimming, windsurfing, pedal boat, fishing, horse riding, gliding, bars restaurants.
