This small contemporary house with a private garden welcomes you for your vacation or business trip. Well-equipped, it is ideally located in a residential area, close to Toulouse (18 km). Private parking is available in front of the cottage, near the owners, who will be happy to welcome you. Nearby: Airbus and the aeronautical museum, Gers (8 km), and numerous activities for everyone's enjoyment - Plaisance golf course and zoo are 3 km away, and La Ramée leisure center is 8 km away (swimming, walks). Accessible without a car, and close to public transportation (a few meters from the "Peyrette" bus stop, bus number 55), which connects Colomiers train station and the departure point for the L3 at Plaisance du Touch, which takes you to the Arenes metro station every 30 minutes. On the ground floor: entrance hall, living room opening onto the private garden with lounge area, dining area, and kitchen area. 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 cm) with large bay window, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: mezzanine above the living room (2 single beds 90 cm). Electric heating. Small, contemporary, quiet house with private garden near Toulouse
