This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. Super clean and modern, with friendly staff and close to everything. Bed was comfortable and the balcony overlooked a quiet street. PROS: Kitchenette well stocked (plates, cups, silverware, knives), has electric kettle, hob, fridge, and even a tiny dishwasher. Large bathroom with towel warmer and good water pressure in shower. Washer/dryer available on premises. Everything immaculate. Close to bus line, walk to restaurants. Staff is multi-lingual and super nice. Cautions: Once-a week cleaning (more often for a fee). Bring a washcloth (towels and bed linens provided). Liquid hand and body wash provided (bring shampoo, conditioner). Breakfast is very good with nice selection, but a bit pricey. No in-room coffee maker. No parking on-site, but garage is a few blocks away. CONS: None. Would stay again and highly recommend this property.

Hotel was fine . Though air con didn’t work and requested two single beds but got a double ..requested complimentary airport service and was told 6am . It didn’t turn up much to the embarrassment of the hotel staff .was advised to get an uber. Receptionist Caroline was lovely. Overall all ok but 25 min walk to the night life/ centre. Would stay again

Very nice and pleasant stay. Staffing are incredibly friendly, accommodating, helpful, and very professional especially Mr. Sedera (front desk) and the rest rest of the team are just fabulous.

Great Hotel in a great area between the two Canals. Rooms have most needs. Comfy Beds and small kitchen wirh big fridge. Easy walk to the Centre or 8 mins to Metro. Airport or Train Station shuttle available free of charge. Must be booked in advance. Breakfast good too.

The staff were very helpful, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. There was some minor wear and tear in the rooms, but nothing that affected the overall comfort. The rooms come equipped with all the essentials if you want to cook, although there isn’t a comfortable communal area to eat together. The hotel is conveniently located about 2 minutes from the main road, where you can catch buses to the centre of Toulouse. If you prefer to walk, it’s roughly 30 minutes.

Great Aparthotel in great location!

The accommodation is excellent and I can thoroughly recommend it. I would have given it 5* but being picky the skirting boards hadn’t been cleaned for a while but otherwise was excellent. The Hotel.com instructions are out of date and insist on contacting the hotel within 24 hours of arrival but this is unnecessary. Besides, the phone number given is no longer in use! We had a room with a good size balcony and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is excellent and finishes at 11am, which is late by most hotels standards, as is the checkout time of midday. All in all I can thoroughly recommend this hotel!

I had a balcony room, so it was really nice to sit outside for a bit in the mornings or evenings. The room also had a little kitchen, so that you could get some food from the nearby grocery store. The room itself was beautiful and bright, the bed was comfy and it was very quiet in my room. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am very happy that I chose this hotel for my stay in Toulouse.
