Fast-food restaurant directly below the building.
Very lively area — noise is possible, especially in the evenings and on weekends.
Not recommended for guests sensitive to noise.
No air conditioning — it may be warm in summer (fan provided).
Apartment with character, but not fully renovated (see photos).

LOCATION
City center — everything within walking distance:
Place du Capitole, Jacobins Convent, Saint-Sernin, and the Garonne riverbanks just a few minutes away.
Restaurants, bars and shops at the foot of the building.

PARKING
Pedestrian street — no car access.
Paid parking in the city center.
Capitole parking option: €17/day, subject to availability (about 6 minutes on foot).

ACCESS & TIMES
Self check-in via key box.
Check-in from 4:00 PM.
Check-out by 11:00 AM.
Assistance available 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM by message via the platform (phone calls for emergencies only).
