Pros: Location is great for exploring the city. Deluxe room is large and bed is comfortable. Most staff are friendly and helpful. Bathroom products are great. Cons: As of Sept., the property turns off air conditioning, which makes all the rooms really hot. The only way to get air is to open the windows, which lets in bugs and street noise. Housekeeper did not leave any bottled water after cleaning. One particular staff only gave me one bottle as he said only one per person. This is really petty considering the room rate I paid. The same staff also told my friend (who had her own room) that she could not get hot water from the bar as it would be a paid service. Again very petty.

A great little hotel

Amazing location, great bed, and well thought out amenities in the room. We really enjoyed walking in the area and all the great restaurant options. The hotel staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. We didn’t try the restaurant. The only drawback was no parking on site, and the parking garage a few blocks away really wasn’t convenient. If you’re driving, the way the streets workyou need to drive through the restricted zone, with a code, to get to the hotel. Though the hotel itself is just outside the restricted zone.

What a delightful boutique hotel. The staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel sits on a quiet street that is a short walk to city center. It’s a bit longer to the train station but my husband and I( 70+years) easily walked it twice with multiple wheeled luggage. We would highly recommend this sweet temporary home.
