Very friendly and enthusiastic cleaning ladies. Desk staff always nice-excellent. Have on occasion not gotten perk. I would suggest once an hour a staff member should be starting lap property-to sort towels or rubbish pool on roof etc and work your way down. Appreciate hard to get staff, but line in the sand should be kept. Will be back the sugar shaker of course. Cheers to staff again.

Resist the race to the bottom. TSV been dying long time. Selling water bottle at front desk rather than giving one per stay, more than one biscut packet in a King room, simple examples.

I thought had booked a 1 bedroom apartment, with kitchen facilities. In particular a microwave to heat wheat pack-pain relief from recent shoulder replacement. I would say within minutes of staff realising I would like a microwave, I was rung and offered one. Was appreciated making the second night more bearable. Feedback bonus comment on behalf of disabled community. While the rooftop pool is small-its a cool part of the history of the 'sugar shaker' Could not a lifting harness be in pool area, even if states a carer at al assists and floatation vest must be worn? Possibly the hotel has a lift for folks-just something to consider for more commerce and peoples quality of life. Will be back-TSV like many places still not recovered Covid loss of trade/interest. Thanks for being reasonable human beings. PS Perhaps more than one packet of two biscuits lol?
