Motel-like experience
Had more of a motel feel than what I expect from a Mercure. Hard to find the entrance but staff were very nice there. The restaurant was fairly so-so. However they had two parties that night we were there with doofdoof music audible in our room despite being far away from it. Not awful but not that great either

Air con didn’t work, no gym facilities (which was an essential criteria when booking), and nobody interested in doing anything about it. Wish we’d checked in earlier so we had time to find an alternative.

We were very disappointed with our room, ants everywhere, deep bath was unsafe to step in to for shower, no bedside table for second bed nor lights above bed, air conditioning was inadequate, parking meant we had to lug our own luggage across entire facility. Overall very disappointing
