駅からの立地はよく、部屋も満足だったが、サービス面で少し不満あり。 ①チェックアウト後の荷物預かりが不可のため、コインロッカーに預ける必要があること。 ②予期せぬ雨が降ったため、傘を借りたかったが、貸し出し用の傘がないこと。 ③エレベーターを降りて、若い男性スタッフと目が合ったが、見て見ぬふりをされたこと。他のスタッフの方々は気持ちよく挨拶をしてくださったので、残念だった。
