During your stay, you can use the living room, theater room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet on the first floor, and all bedrooms and toilets on the second floor.
Please refrain from entering the warehouse, staff-only rooms, and areas outside the premises.
Feel free to use the outdoor facilities (BBQ, sauna, fire pit, SUP, canoe).

About 🛎 your stay
1. Check-in is from 15: 00 to 20: 00, and check-out is until 10: 00.
2. Accommodation is limited to one group per day.We do not allow entry by anyone other than the number of people booked.
3. Free pick-up and drop-off service available!
　- From Kinosaki Onsen Station or Konotori Tajima Airport to the accommodation
　- From the accommodation to the hot spring town
　Please contact us in advance if you wish to use it.We will arrange pick-up and drop-off according to your schedule.
4. Free accommodation for children 13 years old and younger!
　- Children 13 years old and younger stay for free.Please message us the number of children after the reservation is complete, not included in the number of guests at the time of booking.
　- Maximum occupancy is 12 adults and children.
5. No smoking inside (there is a smoking area outside).
6. Prior consultation is necessary for pets.

About using the facilities
7. Sauna, BBQ, fire pit, SUP, and canoe are free to use, but for safety, please be sure to follow the rules and wear a life jacket when using the SUP and canoe.
8. SUP and canoeing may not be available depending on the weather and sea conditions.
9. You are free to use the kitchen equipment, but please be sure to wash it and return it to its original place after use.
10. Please sort your trash and dispose of it in the outdoor trash cans at checkout.

Fines and additional cleaning fees
11. Damage to the house, furniture, sauna, SUP, or canoe will incur a fine of 50,000 yen to 200,000 yen, regardless of negligence.
12. If there is excessive dirt, no washing, or no sorting and disposal of garbage, a cleaning fee of 10,000 yen will be charged.

About etiquette
13. Please refrain from making loud noises after 22: 00.
14. Warehouses, staff-only rooms, and areas outside the premises are off-limits.
