The hotel was charming with nice clean rooms. The artwork in the hallway added to the charm. The breakfast was delicious and filling. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for exploring the town. We look forward to staying there again.

No real parking lot. Just busy city street parking and a public parking lot (about 7 min walk away). Other than that, it’s an amazing hotel. Very clean, the staff were respectful and the room was beautiful. The restaurant breakfast was delicious and hearty.

While vintage in appearance, the Grand Hotel looks impeccable and very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. While we did not have the available hot breakfast, we chose the fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals and out of the oven, delicious scones. Highly recommended.

I LOVED this hotel! The staff was friendly, the food was good, the rooms and facilities were clean! The bed and bedding were comfy and wonderful. We stayed two nights and didn't expect house keeping but came back to find our bed made and fresh linens. The only slight negative is that parking could be an issue. We came on a weekend and bank holiday so it was free, but we had to walk a bit to the hotel. Luckily, we packed light.
