A charming 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse just steps away from the picturesque TART Trail in the heart of downtown TC. The property is equipped with a 55-inch 4K Roku TV and high-speed WiFi, making it ideal for remote work. West Bay is a mere half-mile away, and you can effortlessly explore all of downtown TC in under 10 minutes by bicycle, with the beginning of Front Street just shy of a mile from your doorstep. Plus, the convenience of the TART Trail awaits you right at the end of the block.

THE SPACE:
Rest comfortably in three bedrooms, featuring a King, Queen, and Full-sized bed, complete with provided bed linens and bath towels. The master bedroom includes a desk for your convenience. An in-unit washer and dryer are available with the essential supplies fully stocked. One dedicated parking spot is available in the garage, with space for another vehicle right behind it. Street parking is also available in the summer months.

ACCESS:
Convenience and security are paramount, with smart locks granting easy access to the house.

Guests have access to the full townhouse and the attached one-car garage. The driveway off the garage provides room for a second vehicle.

Great place!
We really enjoyed our stay here! Exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway. Clean and cute with a well stocked kitchen. I would only say that the pictures need to be updated on the website, as there is not a room with two twin beds. I had chosen this property because I thought I would need that extra bed. I also asked the property manager to confirm that they had those two beds but never heard back. It ended up not being a big deal since we had one friend who couldn’t come. Great place though!

Perfect Location for Exploring Traverse City
We loved our stay here. Centrally located to just about everything we wanted to do. Very clean, perfect amenities, abs welcoming vibe. Kids enjoyed the toys and their bedrooms. Laundry on the upstairs allowed for quick washes. Plenty of space overall. Truly have nothing negative to say about our experience. Would absolutely recommend.

The listing appeared just as described on the website. It was perfect for me, my husband, my 3.5 yo daughter and 1.5 yo son. I loved that this apartment had everything we needed for the kids. They had 2 big drawers full of toys in the living area, a pack-n-play, high chair, and baby gates. Pros: Comfortable Clean Affordable Safe Quiet Well stocked kitchen Dishwasher Good Wi-Fi Smart TV Good window blinds Cons: I don’t even think this is really a con, but the neighborhood looked a bit industrial. It did not diminish the comfort of the apartment. I would definitely stay there again if we come back to Traverse City. 👍🏼
