This beautiful and spacious home offers two comfortable levels plus a cozy loft and is adorned with pine plank flooring and exposed beams. Stock up the fridge and prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, then gather at the adjacent dining table for mealtimes or rainy day family board games. The furnished deck, located off the dining area, includes a table and chairs for morning coffee or intimate dining.

Downstairs, the main living area offers plenty of comfortable seating options (including a double sofa bed), a wet bar with a minifridge, a TV for streaming all your favorite channels, and access out to the furnished patio and back yard.

Additional features and amenities at this home include a private washer/dryer, a basketball hoop over the driveway, and high-speed internet access.

Please note that the pole barn, tree house, and hot tub are not available to guests.
All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
