This condo is ready for guests to arrive! One block from Front Street and all downtown has to offer; restaurants, bars, beaches, festivals, and more! King bed and a pull out couch sleeps four. Stocked kitchen, private laundry, and smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. Third floor unit. Parking is not included but is available at the Hardy Parking Garage across State Street. Come stay with us and enjoy all that Traverse City has to offer!

Other Things to Note:
Parking is not provided on site. The parking lot behind the building off the alley is metered and you can park there until 3;00AM. Overnight parking is available at the Hardy Parking Garage across State Street. It is $1.50 per hour with a $20.00 daily maximum/overnight. The daily maximum restarts everyday at 7AM. Lost Tickets are $15.00.

Great location close to both peninsulas and downtown. Bring your own toilet paper and coffee. We arrived to two 1/2 rolls of toilet paper and not enough coffee for the 3 mornings we would be there.

Property very centrally located to downtown activities & Day trips. Directions to find the condo were a little vague, making it difficult to find. It’s through a breezeway between 2 eateries, so not very visible. The property was very clean & well equipped. The unit is on the third floor, so be prepared for steps. Also handy to have a small washer dryer-much appreciated! Overall, really nice stay!

Comfortable, clean, and convenient! The location is easy walking distance from restaurants, shopping, and the lake. The condo was clean with comfortable furnishings. It was the perfect place to stay for a quick getaway.

Great location! Close to everything
This property was centrally located to everything in downtown Traverse City. Easy walk to all the shops, restaurants and the lake. Condo was nice, exactly as it was described and pictured. As mentioned in other reviews, there is no elevator in the building so choose your floor/ unit number wisely. We were on the 3rd floor and the first trip up with luggage, food, and coolers, etc was a tough one!! The rest of the time was no issue. Parking was not a hassle. Just down one block to the parking garage. Was easy to go in and out when wanting to get your car to go elsewhere. Sleeping Bear Dunes is first on my list. A must see and do!! Was a nice condo and would stay there again when visiting Traverse City.

On my day of check out I discovered my car had been towed for snow removal. My check out was at 11am but the office to retrieve my vehicle didn't open until 1pm. They extended my check out time to 1pm without any extra cost or inconvenience. I greatly appreciated their understanding, friendliness and accommodation. I highly recommend!
