Welcome to our fun and trendy condo located in beautiful Traverse City. Your stay here will be the cherry on top of your up north getaway. Fun, modern, cozy, and fully functional 2 bedroom condo that is just minutes from downtown Traverse City, Old Mission wineries, and perfectly tucked along the TART biking trail ( Under 10 minute bike ride to downtown). We have handpicked and designed every detail of furniture, art, linens, etc. to provide the most memorable stay possible.


Just under 1,000 Sq Ft the unit sleeps up to 5 guests with 2 queen beds and a couch. We offer a fully functional kitchen , balcony, and have a washer and dryer in the unit. You are going to love the location and how centrally located you are to all the wonderful things Traverse City has to offer.
We want our guests to have fun every minute they spend in Traverse City. We provide a plethora of games for you to play, and even have a selfie wall and selfie stand so you can remember how much fun you had staying in our home.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, muffin tins, baking sheets, dishes, utensils, toaster, stainless steel oven, microwave, and refrigerator (with a small ice maker). We leave 2 dishwasher pods, 1 sponge, and a small dish soap under the sink, as well as 1 paper towel on the counter. We have a single serve K cup machine that also has an insert to add regular coffee if you need (coffee not provided). We also have a coffee grinder if you prefer whole beans freshly ground. Love your morning smoothies? No worries. We have a Nutra-bullet that can whip you one up stat! We leave some popcorn on the counter for your midnight snack craving and also have a small s’more maker if you want to bring your own s’more essentials. Now to the important part. The bar is fully equipped with wine glasses, martini glasses, champagne flutes, and shot glasses. It also includes a wine chiller, wine bottle opener, and koozies. A washer and dryer is also located in the kitchen. We do not provide laundry detergent but you are more than welcome to wash anything you need. Take a picture with our life-size wine glass (but please be careful. Haha!) Need something that’s not there? Just ask. We are locals and will try our best to drop it off to you as quickly as we can.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room is cozy, comfortable and fun. Opening up to the dining and kitchen area so every guest has the opportunity to chat from all of the common areas of the home. Enjoy watching TV on our smart TV (no cable), or hanging out and playing one of the many games we provide. The Wi-Fi is fast and the TV has all of the video apps you love.

BEDROOM/BATHROOM #1:
Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom. It features a comfortable queen bed, 2 night stands, 2 reading lights, with 4 pillows, soft sheets, a plush blanket, and a cozy duvet. Decor is modern, feminine, and fun. Need to take care of some business on your trip? This room has a built-in desk with paper, pens, phone charger, and plenty of space to get your job done. Attached is an oversized walk-in closet with hangers, a full length mirror, 2 plush robes, a blow dryer, and plenty of towels for your stay. An iron, ironing board, and spare blanket are also located in the closet of this room. Should you have a 5th guest that will be sleeping on the couch, you can find an extra set of sheets, duvet, and pillows for them in the master closet as well. Off of the spacious closet is a private master bathroom with a single sink, bath and stand up shower. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, antibacterial hand soap, and 1 toilet paper roll, q tips, cotton balls, and a magnified mirror are included.


BEDROOM/BATHROOM #2:
Bedroom #2 is just a tad smaller than bedroom #1. It features a bold, modern aesthetic with a queen bed, 2 night stands, 2 reading lights, 4 pillows, soft sheets, a plush blanket, and a cozy duvet. A small walk-in closet holds spare throw blankets, 2 plush robes, towel set, a full length mirror, seating chair, magnified mirror, cotton balls, q tips, and extra phone charger should you need one. A barn door separates the closet to the bathroom and leads to a stand up shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. This bathroom has a single vanity. We provide 1 toilet paper and antibacterial hand soap. A second door from the bathroom takes you back around to the open kitchen/living combo.

PATIO:
The patio has 2 comfortable chairs with a small end table.
