Make yourself at home and relax at this completely renovated and newly furnished studio condo located at Grand Traverse Resort’s beach club “The Shores." New Westin Heavenly bed purchased in 2022. All new 100% bamboo sheets and new towels. Toiletries, cleaning supplies and laundry detergent and softener are cruelty free and as environmentally friendly as possible. Close to everything the area has to offer including beaches, skiing, bike trails, hiking, fishing - anytime of year! Close to wineries, breweries, scenic drives anytime of the year, restaurants, casino and shopping. During the winter months, we’re less than 10 miles from two Traverse City ski trails and only 40 minutes from Shanty Creek Resorts. All of this yet once you arrive you feel far away from the hustle and bustle and have peace and tranquillity. This condo is waterfront as it’s located in the building closest to the water and is also considered beachfront! Being on the third floor it offers extra privacy as you’re far enough away from the beach goers and people walking past not to mention the amazing sunset views!

Located on East Grand Traverse Bay, just minutes from downtown Traverse City, this suite is a water and beach lover’s dream. Jet ski, paddle board and boat rentals are on site and available to rent through Blue Sky Rentals.

Three world-class championship golf courses are less than ½ mile away at the Grand Traverse Resort.

40 miles away from Sleeping Bear Dunes, named by Good Morning America as "The Most Beautiful Place in America" in 2011.

Perfect location in Traverse City with all amenities close by. Condo is exactly as advertised on Traverse Bay with beautiful sunsets. Very clean room, nicely furnished and cozy condo. Host was professional, kind, friendly and provided additional information about dining and entertainment in Traverse City. Would definitely stay again!!

The efficiency apartment was well stocked with all we needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower was lovely and the balcony was perfect for snacks at sunset. The check in was simple and the host was available had we needed her.We were there 9/7-9/11 so it was very quiet. I am sure children enjoy the shallow water and beach in the summer.

Perfect!

Beautiful and cozy place that is very clean and neat, and well-equipped with good quality accessories. The photos are very accurate. The location is perfect with gorgeous views of the bay and evening sunsets. Dawn is a fabulous host; very thoughtful and gave helpful suggestions for places to go and things to see and do. Her communication was excellent. I would definitely return (and hope to some day) and have been recommending her lovely space to my friends.

Had an amazing weekend staying here. Condo had a great view of the bay and the pool. Enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony. The place was super cute and very clean. Beautiful quiet location

This is an amazing location in regards to Traverse City and all things that are north of there. Downtown is a short drive and the crazy traffic is slightly out of the way. An Acme township park is directly connected to the property for wonderful walks. The host responds fast and with helpful information. I am looking forward to returning!

Perfect Fall Getaway with Gorgeous View

Fantastic property

This condo is the perfect place to stay for a couple! It has great views, bed and shower. Dawn and Lisette were extremely attentive in every respect. Everything you could need is in it from cooking supplies to extras like coffee, cream, various spices, toiletries and a full washer and dryer with supplies. The beach is perfect and not crowded since it is private property for the condo residents only. The only downside, which has nothing to do with the condo, is the live music on Friday night. It was not something we enjoyed, since we came to be in nature and enjoy outside, not hear someone sing. We would stay again without a doubt, we would just bring ear plugs! Lol 🙂
