Great for Boaters

Check in was a breeze & the house was clean, well stocked and as shown in the pics. We rented a center console out of Marsh Harbour and made daily runs to neighboring islands. Most notable were the people of Treasure Cay who went out of their way to accommodate us. Would be glad to stay here again!

Dream vacation

I can't say enough about our trip to Tresure Cay. We've been going to Islamorada on our annual family vacation for years. We decided to switch it up this year. After weeks of research, we landed on Coconut Cottages and are so happy we did! Everything was perfect for our family. The host was amazing, very helpful/responsive. The house was comfortable for a large family of adults providing both privacy and plenty of room for group gatherings. We brought our boat which we conveniently docked right outside the back door. The pool was lovely, and the location was great. Just minutes on a golf cart to the Beach Club, grocery, diner and liquor store. The fishing was incredible, we ate fish every day. Plenty to do; we snorkeled the Blue Hole, climbed the lighthouse, swam with the sting rays, went to several galleries, bars, restaurants and more. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great time and wonderful memories.

Beautiful spacious house!

House, location, communication all perfect. Very clean place. Kitchen well appointed with nice appliances and tiki bar / grill area by the pool is a fun spot to hang out. Very nice private dock and boat slips. Treasure is a pretty quiet area these days. Stunning beaches and beautiful water. You can have a very nice dinner at the Bahama Beach Club and Florence’s cafe has good food all day. Grab some cinnamon buns for breakfast they’re fantastic! If you’re coming in from Marsh Harbor a rental car is probably best; stop at Maxwell’s Grocery (big US style grocery store) and stock up before making the drive up to Treasure. There is also a small mini mart in Treasure with staples and a liquor store as well, both in the same strip as Florence’s. The house is not really walkable to anything, but if you don’t have a rental car there is a golf cart rental (Cash’s Carts) right in Treasure. If you’re looking for a nice quiet Bahamas vacation on beautiful water you can’t go wrong here. Beautiful house and great host. Thanks!

Paradise perfection

This property is so nice. Exactly as described and very clean. The host has amazing communication skills. We rented all 3 properties for our large group of 21 and never a full moment or sounds of laughter. Even a rainy day in the Abacos is a great day. Can’t wait to return!

We stayed at this property for 10 days. It was the most amazing 10 days! We had a blast. The house is beautiful and well appointed. Katie was so attentive and helpful. We loved every minute of our trip and can’t wait to book for next year!

Beautiful Home

We spent an amazing week at the Coco Loco house. Great views, pool was amazing and the house was beautiful inside and out. Nearby Treasure Cay beach never disappoints. Outdoor bar was fun. A golf cart is highly recommended. We will be back for sure!!

Home in Treasure Cay

The property was fabulous. Everything we needed to feel like we were at home was there. Very nicely decorated and felt very homey. Plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, towels, plates, cups etc. It even had an ice machine which was great for making drinks or packing a small cooler. I recommend that if you go with other friends they rent one of the houses in the triplex. We had 4 other friends in the same triplex so we were able to go back and forth to each house for dinners, drinks, etc. We shared the pool and a gas grill with them as well. We did rent golf carts, which came in very handy to explore around the island. We also rented a boat to keep for the week and were able to walk right out our back door and get on the boat. This gives you the ability to explore the other islands. We did cook a lot of our own dinners because there is only a few restaurants available on Treasure Cay. Katie was a great host and answered any questions we had right away. Once we got there we had no questions, because everything was just as stated in the listing. The wi-fi was great too! I would highly recommend this house for your stay in Treasure Cay.
