VILLA FANTE - FORLI AREA
Only a few minutes’ walk from the village, this is an independent country house located on a hilltop at the border between Emilia Romagna and Tuscany. The village of Tredozio offers a delightful sense of tranquillity, yet it boasts a selection of inviting restaurants. A pleasant ten-minute walk from the property, leads you to the heart of the village, also graced with a charming little river that adds to its appeal.

A paved road leads from the main road to the house and it is only a few minutes' walk from the closest village. The property is partially fenced and surrounded by neighbours' fields. Although there are very few houses not far from the house, the place remains quiet and gives you the feeling of being immersed in the countryside.

GROUND FLOOR:
Living room overlooking the valley, kitchen (equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, electric table top stove with four rings) with dining area, one bathroom with shower. All the rooms on this floor have French doors and access to the garden.

FIRST FLOOR:
An external staircase (15 steps) leads to the first floor.
Entrance hall: on the right a studio reading room with a sofa bed (1.40 x 1.90) for one person with en-suite bathroom with shower and a decorative fireplace. One double bedroom (170x190 cm) with en-suite bathroom with shower and view over the valley. All the windows have mosquito nets.

SECOND FLOOR:
An internal staircase (12 steps) leads to the second floor.
One bedroom with twin/double bed (160x190 cm) with en-suite bathroom with shower and view over the garden and hills. All the windows of this room have mosquito nets.

Each bedroom has beamed ceilings and it is provided with a satellite TV, small refrigerator and hair dryer. Cot and high chair, iron and ironing board are available. Laundry service is available on request.

OUTDOOR:
private garden and swimming pool (5x10 - depth 1.40 m) overlooking the valley furnished with sun beds and umbrellas and outdoor shower with hot/cold water. There is a terrace with views over the valley furnished with table and chairs where enjoying outdoor dining and BBQ area. Covered parking for 4 cars.

Air conditioning is not necessary, but fans can be provided on request.

There are many activities you can enjoy: Italian lessons, cookery classes, ceramics workshop and wine tasting. For sports lovers: walking or hiking or biking, or book the tennis court for a game or two.
