Annule quand je la contacte un mois avant

Logement réservé en janvier, j'ai découvert que la personne annulait que lorsque je l'ai appelée un mois avant; L'assurance annulation d'abritel qui prend en charge la différence de prix pour une nouvelle réservation n'a jamais fonctionné malgré 13 coups de téléphone et une lettre recommandée( refusée! ) Ca ce n'est pas de la faute de la propriétaire mais Bravo abritel!

Bien située MAIS ...

Les plus : Idéalement située pour parcourir le Finistère Sud. Légèrement moins cher que la concurrence. Maison spacieuse D extérieur,jolie maison bretonne au calme. Les moins : tout est vieux à l intérieur,papiers peints,carrelage,mobilier ,équipement...( Certaines chaises branlantes,certaines portes de placard cuisine tiennent à peine ,tiroir lave vaisselle délicat à manipuler ) Propreté de la cuisine (four inutilisable,trop gras ,trop salé ,ustensiles et vaisselle gras,idem pour les brûleurs gaz ) ,nous avons renoncé à cuisiner .. Dommage ,la maison nécessite une rénovation complète pour qu elle soit agréable.
