With a surface area of 65 m², the apartment can accommodate 4 guests and consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette opening onto the living room, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, and a south-facing terrace offering a sublime view of the fields where the horses live. Sheets and towels are provided.

Located on the 1st floor, accessible by an outside staircase, the flat is as follows:
- Living room with a sofa queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), flat screen TV, two armchairs and a coffee table.
- Kitchenette open to the living room: dishwasher, hotplates, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery, standing table with two seats...
- Separate bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), TV, work area with desk.
- Bathroom with bathtub, sink, and hairdryer.
- Dressing room.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- Large terrace of 25 m² furnished with a table and 4 chairs, an awning, 2 deckchairs, and an electric plancha. The terrace is exposed to the south, and will be the ideal place for a convivial moment, in family or between friends, around a good meal.
- On the ground floor you can enjoy a large shared garden, located in the middle of large plots of several hectares where horses live.

This beautiful flat is located in the heart of a green nature, you will find in Tréméreuc an organic grocery shop, a bar-restaurant with a bread deposit, as well as a tobacco shop. You will also find all the local shops in the town of Pleurtuit, 6 minutes away by car.
