I hadn't been there before. I liked the room but there is no elevator, no breakfast provided and the walls are thin. I could hear a lot of noise in the middle of the night. There is no pool either and I like that.

The motel appears well designed without needless extras. There are no warn out rugs, poor painted walls or walk ways, and one knows the facilities are kept well maintained. This was our second stay and it continues to be a great value.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything was great until morning. The shower had lower than average pressure, and the hot water only lasted a couple of minutes before it turned cold.

I have stayed here before, really like the location. It's easy to get anywhere in Tri-Cities from here. The one thing I really disliked was the bed frames, they are raised so high off the floor you have to climb up into bed. The pillows are awful too, but other than that it's a nice place.

I left my pillow there and was told i could pick it up on my way back through town. When i came back through town i was told it could not be locayed and thay i would have to call back in a few hours. This is very disappointing being told i could pick up my pillow then later being told it was not there.
