Christian, the manager, was delightful and went above and beyond to be helpful throughout our stay. His English was very good and he was very thoughtful A qualified doctor, he also aided my daughter with sunburn and tummy trouble. The hotel has a lovely courtyard where delicious breakfasts are served. We had the double height, triple room at the front of the property which was a beautiful characterful room however the only window opened out straight on to the street which meant a lot of noise and no privacy so recommend any of the other rooms would be preferable, but apart from that I highly recommend this lovely Hotel. The owner also owns two restaurants in town, which give you a free drink every time you go. Its absolutely lovely, go there!

Happy stay at Lola Trinidad Boutique Hotel

Beautiful old house and well maintained. My room was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed, including air con and a fan. They have their own generator which kicks in immediately when there is a power cut, as is often the case in Cuba. Very nice breakfast. Christian speaks excellent English and is always happy to help with any enquiry about what to visit, where to eat and so on. He helped arrange a shared taxi for me when I left, which was greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work, Christian!

Gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of Trinidad. Our room was just beautiful and very spacious, but the best thing was the service, which is friendly and professional.

Un hôtel de charme à Trinidad

L’hôtel est très bien situé en centre ville de Trinidad. L’accueil est très sympathique et très professionnel. La chambre était magnifiquement décorée avec beaucoup de goût et de style. Le patio pour le petit déjeuner, dîner ou boire un verre est très agréable. On se sent vite chez soi. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux servi dans une jolie porcelaine, jolie nappe et produits frais. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins, le responsable, souriant, efficace, aidant au mieux, une vraie équipe de pro ! Le lieu est à recommander.

I have a great time at Lola hotel, the bedroom was spacious with very comfortable beds and hot shower. They served us continental breakfast with eggs, bread, pancakes, coffee and juice. We really enjoyed the hotel atmosphere with plenty of trees and the location is perfect, very near to a travel agency, taxis and restaurants. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful hotel located in a convenient area of town. Very clean and spacious rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Service was incredible - host booked all tours for us which made it so easy to travel around and see the sights. We wanted to extend our stay for an additional night and our host allowed us to pay in cash without any hassle and made it easy for us to book an extra night. Excellent!

The service was exceptional. Christian is the epitome of professionalism. He helped us book a walking tour as well as organized a taxi at a reasonable price to Varadero. Breakfast was the best I've had in Cuba. The crepes were delicious. The rooms were comfortable and quaint.

Hotel has amazing colonial architecture and beautiful atmosphere. Very clean, smells soap. Furnitures are very authentic. Breakfast was convenient. Staff are extremely friendly. Room was big, clean and fantastic. We found ourself in a movie setting. We enjoyed every moment. Hotel has wifi, generator and air condition in rooms. Location is excellent. In the middle of the main attractions. We highly recommend this hotel. If you come back agin, we will definitely stay here!
