This complex features 7 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate 16 friends and family members during your vacation.
The first floor of the duplex offers a king guest bedroom with a private bathroom, featuring a walk-in closet, tiled walk-in shower and vanity sink. Across the hall is the next guest bedroom with a queen and bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and vanity sink. Next you can find the kitchen. It is fully equipped with appliances that include: a double oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Additionally, there is a laundry room on the floor by the garage for your convenience. The three car garage includes a freezer chest to keep ice bags cold, a half bathroom, as well as floaties, balls, sand castle tools, chairs, and other equipment that can be used at your convenience.
The second floor of the duplex is where you can enjoy the lake view and find the sunsets on the west side of the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with paneled appliances that include: a double oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher. You will find the guest bedroom with a plush king sized bed, a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and vanity sink. The marble countertop island provides additional space for meal preparation and can seat 6 guests. The stylish dining table provides seating for 8 guests with views of the pool and the lake as your backdrop. In the hallway you can find the wet bar accompanied with an ice machine and second refrigerator.

- Bonfires are NOT allowed on the private beach or on the property
- NO events, such as wedding receptions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.
RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. If booked within 60 days, full payment due upon booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM.
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay at no added cost. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
RATES: 3 NIGHT MINIMUM

Additional Rental Rates can include the following items: Early Check In, Late Check Out, Additional Cleaning Fee and CSA Trip Insurance. Boat or jetski slips available upon special request.
