In the main lobby at check in the facility was fine, however it was not the same experience once in the hallway to the room I was given. I came in thru the "D" entrance and was given room #153. From the moment I entered the building the "Musty/Stale" smell hits like a wall.

Not a great experience.
Ugh...not a great place to stay. The lobby was ice-cold and my room not much better. I had to have the heater on full blast/86 degrees all night just to keep the room warm. My room was near an exterior exit- to which the door not only didn't lock, it didn't even close all the way. My pillows had a funky smell and I had no water in the morning. (I was told a city pipe burst.) Awful coffee provided with a very marginal 'continental breakfast'. It's worth paying the extra $$ to stay up the road at La Quinta!

The staff was very friendly which makes your experience alot better even for such a sad stay. We attended a funeral and our stay made it a little easier to say goodbye to our loved one. Thank you
