Set along the redwood-lined Scenic Drive on a bluff overlooking the sea, the home sits approximately 60 feet above the water, offering unforgettable coastal views.

Relax in the hot tub as you take in spectacular sunsets and watch for passing whales, seals, and the occasional porpoise. At night, drift off to the soothing sound of the waves in the upstairs primary suite, which features a queen Tempur-Pedic bed, a cozy reading nook, a 32-inch TV, a private balcony with sweeping views of Trinidad Bay, and an attached bathroom with a stall shower.

The open-concept main level invites you to unwind while enjoying majestic ocean views from the sofa or while sharing meals at the stunning redwood slab island—an artisan centerpiece that doubles as the dining table. The sofa converts to a queen sleeper, ideal for up to two children. A convenient half bath is also located on this level. Games are provided for relaxed evenings in, or step out onto the deck to watch for whales and sea lions just offshore.

While the home does not have direct beach access, Trinidad State Beach and Old Home Beach are just a short half-mile drive away. Baker Beach, Luffenholtz Beach, Houda Point, and Moonstone Beach are all within two miles, making it easy to explore the rugged beauty of the coastline. Redwood National Park is only a 20-minute drive north, perfect for a day of hiking beneath towering ancient trees.

If staying in is more your style, cozy up by the gas fireplace, listen to your favorite music on the iPod docking station/CD player, or enjoy free Wi-Fi and cable on the 42-inch Smart TV.
