At 32 m², it offers a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a bright living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette. From your own balcony, you can enjoy a wonderful sea view – ideal for breakfast in the morning sun or a relaxed end to the day.



The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi, providing comfort and entertainment during your stay. A car park is available directly at the house. Only in July and August is an additional parking fee of currently approximately €9 per day charged. The fee is to be paid on site. Outside these two months, the car park is available free of charge. On request, a cot is also available.



The sea and the nearest pebble beach are only about 350 metres away – perfect for spontaneous swimming trips. Restaurants and supermarkets are within easy walking distance, and Trogir's historic centre with its narrow streets, cafés and attractions is less than 2 kilometres away. Split Airport is also within comfortable reach, so your journey is straightforward.



The apartment is part of a house with a total of three holiday apartments. Guests have access to a pool with sun terrace, sun loungers and parasols as well as a barbecue area for shared use. Additional services such as cleaning, laundry or airport transfers are offered on request and for a fee.



The area around Trogir offers a variety of leisure activities: from water sports such as snorkelling, diving and sailing to hiking and cycling tours as well as excursions to nearby nature parks. The nightlife and culinary diversity of the region can also be enjoyed to the full.
