Excellent location, poor attitude from the Father
1. Only allowed one key for 5 of us, despite asking for additional.
2. No cleaning products left out, only mop, brush, pan and broom
3. Air conditioning in open plan area and doors lead from this onto balcony. This door is extremely difficult to close as only has a small magnet. Also, if you happen to forget to close it you will certainly be told.
4. Quite cluttered rooms with mix match of furniture
5. AC only in open plan area and mezzanine room, other rooms just have light/ceiling fan.
6. Did not feel private as family/owners live downstairs and watch nearly every move you make.
7, WiFi not accessible throughout all the rooms and balcony, and not always available
8. When power is down you are unable to evacuate your room or to access it, due to card locking system
9. Building work ongoing next door, and was not advised. Also, this was noisy, smelly and dusty for a large majority of our 3 week stay. Views are also hindered by this building work
10. Towels far too small and not exchanged on weekly sheet change. Also, no remedial cleaning offered during our 3 week stay
11. Fatherâs attitude very rude and abrupt
12. Dishwasher was faulty which we advised, only for blame to be put back to us. Which then caused a flood in downstairs room. We did not tamper with the plumbing or the dishwasher itself, and it was not repaired
13. Customer service very poor, not even thanked for our business
I would not recommend staying here unless attitude changes
