The simply decorated apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building, overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
It consists of a bedroom with cupboard with sliding door and safety deposit box, a bathroom, and the living room opening by a bay window on the loggia equipped with a motorized awning.
The apartment is through: it has excellent natural ventilation.
The room is air conditioned. The other spaces have air fans.
A private parking space is available.
The apartment is equipped with complete household appliances (see equipment section), a "Smart full HD" TV, as well as an internet box with Wi Fi connection.
The residence, very quiet, is in the immediate vicinity of the Creole Village and all its amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, bakery and various shops), nautical activities and entertainment at the Marina (restaurants, casino, dancing evenings, .. .), and the sea shuttle connecting Fort de France in 15 minutes.
The "Hauts Créoles" residence is secure and has direct access to the Anse-Mitan beach. It is located 200m from the beach of Pointe-du-Bout and that of the Hotel Bakoua.

Wow! Can’t say enough good things about the apartment, just perfection, breakfast on the balcony every day, the view, sailboats, sunny, bright, the best sunsets in the evening. Had to TEAR ourselves away from here. The location is so good, we fount SO many great spots too; chill, have a drink, meet new people, and the list of very legit restaurants is LONG! Thanks Jean, most gracious host, and Marie who supplied the best orientation, super professional and smiles that made us truly feel at home. Mille merci!!

We travel extensively, and have rented dozens f apartments over many years in europe and US'.This apartment is probably the best, per dollar rent of any of them! It has a spacious balcony with fantastic views of the ocean, the beach below, and all the sailing boats anchored offshore in the Bay. It is spacious, spotless, , decorated with taste, and has been well equipped with all one needs by Jean, the very helpful landlord. It was like living in someone's home, which it is for Jean and his wife, who are here for the winter season. Jean was also kind to arrange an airport taxi person to pick us up at the airport and return us there. I think that is best, and we did not rent a car, but there is a Budget lot one block away if you do. The Creole Village shopping area is within walking distance with a bakery and many decent restaurants. A tiny but charming small grocery, for locals mostly, is within a reasonable walking distance. , near the lovely beach, which also has restaurants and a bar,which opens at 5, perfect for a drink while watching the sunset. There is another beach in the other direction which has 3 chiming lagoons, and is less touristy. Our favorite restaurant was Le Pause, which had great service and food, but Bistrot d' en Face, also in Creole village, had very good French food. Le Marine on the harbor was also good, especially for the service. Finally, make sure you bring an umbrella for the passing showers, and also for the very hot sun! Bill and Julie

Great location and views

Very nice property in a good, secure, location with bars, restaurants, shops and beach nearby. The views are stunning from the large balcony. The apartment is one bedroom and therefore quite small, but absolutely fine for us as a couple. Minor downside was no AC in the lounge, the bedroom has AC, but we occasionally opened the front door to get a cooling breeze during the day. However this is minor and I would definitely recommend this apartment.

The apartmant has the best view of the sea we have ever booked. Even if it was not visible on the photos, but there was an extra hook above the bedroom bed for installing the mosquito net that was available. The kitchen was extra well equiped with kitchen machinery, plates, glasses, platic boxes, etc.

Incroyable !

Il serait difficile de faire mieux... Appartement extrêmement bien placé dans une résidence très calme avec une vue à couper le souffle qui réserve de merveilleux couchers de soleil. Fidèle à la description nous avons particulièrement apprécié d'avoir une place de parking dédiée, car il peut s'avérer difficile de trouver une place dans ce coin de l'île. L'accès à la plage de l'anse mitan est vraiment pratique et rapide. Avoir la possibilité de nager dans un aquarium grandeur nature n'est pas donné à tout le monde :) La communication avec le propriétaire a été très fluide et Marie fut très attentionnée à notre égard (encore un grand merci pour le planteur à l'accueil, il était délicieux, foi de connaisseurs...). Nous reviendrons sans hésitation lors de notre prochain séjour en Martinique !

Un superbe séjour du 14 au 20 juin 2024!! Nous avons reçu un très bel accueil avec un délicieux cocktail de bienvenue. Le logement était très propre et très bien situé, à 2 minutes à pieds de la plage. Petit village créole très acceuillant. La vue sur la mer est à couper le souffle. Séjour fantastique

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique. Merci au propriétaire pour ses informations concernant l'appartement et sa situation, l'itinéraire pour arriver sans difficultés, l'accueil sur place. Quant à l'appartement il est conforme à ce qui était annoncé sur le site. C'est un appartement très bien équipé, très confortable dans un ensemble résidentiel de qualité, sécurisé. Un appartement très agréable doté d'une vue magnifique sur la baie de Fort de France.De belles plages à proximité de la résidence. Le restaurant "la Tonnelle" situé en face de la résidence cuisine d'excellent plats créoles. Quant à notre séjour dans l'île nous l'avons partagé entre balades et randonnées, visites de lieux exceptionnels comme l'Habitation Clément, les Jardins de Balata, l'Habitation Céron, la presqu'île de la Caravelle, la plage des Salines, la Montagne Pelée, Saint Pierre, Grand'Rivière, des musées comme la Pagerie, la Savane des esclaves...un séjour inoubliable. Avec la grande envie de revenir.

Appartement toujours exceptionnel

C’était notre troisième séjour et c’est toujours avec un grand plaisir que nous avons profité de cet appartement magnifique et de sa situation exceptionnelle, même si certaines circonstances étaient défavorables (grève des vedettes tropicales pour Fort de France et fermeture de la superette KDIMAX). Un petit bémol cependant sur la libération impérative de l’appartement pour 12 heures, alors que notre avion était en soirée. Peut-être serait-il envisageable de laisser une journée entre deux locations, afin de permettre une plus grande souplesse dans les horaires d’arrivée et départ. A part cela, toujours au top !

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cet appartement et n’avons que de bons commentaires! L’appartement est très bien situé, près de la plage, du village Créole, des restos! Et que dire de la vue sur la terrasse avec couchers de soleil et vue sur la Marina. Lors de notre arrivée, il y avait un problème avec la climatisation, mais Jean (le propriétaire) s’est empressé de le régler rapidement. Nous retournerions à cet endroit sans hésitation !
