The gal at the check in was very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and bed was comfy. My biggest issue, was no coffee pot in the room, which would have been no big deal if the office was open so we could get coffee. However, the office didn't open for breakfast until 8:00am. If you are an early riser and want to get an early start to your day, you'll need to go next door to get your caffeine fix.

The first room we were in the AC didn’t work so we moved to a different room. In that room drain didn’t drain. Over experience it was horrible.

The office had little to none attendant on duty. It was closed until 3:30 in the afternoon so you are not able to check in until after 3:30. There is no attendant after 8 PM at night. The room I stayed in had a very dirty carpet.

The property is very dirty and in desperate need of an update. There was animal poop in the hallways outside of the rooms the entire time we were there. The room wasn’t clean, especially the shower. We found random long hairs on the counter, in the bed, and I’m positive they didn’t belong to us. Our key cards stopped working randomly. But they don’t have anyone staffed in the lobby outside of the hours 8-11 and 3-8. So after a long day of hiking, we didn’t have access to our room for an hour and a half. A tent would have been just as good and a lot less money.

Convenient and Comfortable

Our hotel was convenient and comfortable. There is a good restaurant and grocery store next door which made it easy to have dinner after a fun day hiking in Bryce Canyon. The A/C unit worked great and we were able to sleep really well.

Laundromat services were poor. Only one of 6 dryers functional. 3 of 5 washers functional. Ice machine looks like it is way overdue for sanitation and cleaning maintenance. Breakfast offerings were okay. Although start time is a bit late for those wanting to catch early shuttle to Bryce Canyon.

Bed was great and hot shower and clean but dated rusty. However so much noise from neighboring rooms and coffee pot still had old musty coffee bag left in it and breakfast not available until 8am so had to get our coffee elsewhere this morning

Definitely did not live up to the pictures. The place is run down looking, and our room smelled like it had been smoked in. The coffee maker didn’t work. They advertise a free breakfast, but it doesn’t open until 8 am, which doesn’t work if you have an early morning planned. I would not recommend staying here.

We stayed hereb4 years ago and ot was a lot better then. Only one dryer worked looknwarm drying. Onlyb2 washers working. Trash cans not emptied. Breaktast ok but its not good to use Styrofoam plates and cups. Rooms need to be remodeled. Very noisy from upstairs rooms. No way to make tea in the room. Rooms need more towel rails and hooks.

Stay near Bryce Canyon

Very small town but several good restaurants. Continental breakfast was good. Receptionist was a highlight. Very friendly, gave good advice on food.
