The village offers an ideal setting for hiking, cycling, and exploring the surrounding vineyards. A short distance away, Perpignan and Collioure captivate visitors with their heritage and Mediterranean charm. The beaches of the Côte Vermeille and the Canigou massif offer numerous outdoor activities. Finally, the proximity to Spain makes it easy to enjoy a variety of excursions. Only the living room is air-conditioned. Located near the village street, this apartment, adjoining the owner's residence and another identical gîte, is situated on a first-floor terrace and comprises: - Living room - Equipped kitchen - Bedroom: 1 double bed (140x190cm) - Shower room - Separate WC The terrace features a wooden pergola with a coconut fiber canopy, garden furniture, and a shared barbecue.
