Do better with the breakfast and ensuring the cook staff continue to bring food and do their job. Look at the amount of rooms sold and the number of people overall in the hotel. You have to accommodate the same amount of guest for breakfast. Change up the variety too!

Manager needs to talk to employee about doing job

Employees not professional. Three times I went to ask front desk a question. Had a note out he’d be back. One question I found out was wrong answer. Next day the female employee wasn’t much better. The kitchen employee also wasn’t on the ball cause both pitchers of milk for coffee was empty plus no small creamers were out either. I have always been i,pressed with Hom 2 suites but that one was lacking
