The Evergreen Oasis with Hot Tub is the perfect property for your vacation all year round! Booking your stay at Evergreen Oasis with Hot Tub provides you with access to the Tahoe Donner Association clubhouse which includes two swimming pools, three hot tubs, two saunas plus a fitness center. You can also enjoy the golf course and tennis courts as well as the private beach to the east end of Donner Lake. During the winter, Tahoe Donner Ski Resort is the perfect place for alpine recreation and is known for its excellent kids’ programs and lessons! With a great pizza place and casual restaurant in the neighborhood, incredible activities, and amenities just minutes away from the property, when you stay at Evergreen Oasis with Hot Tub, you can find everything you need without having to venture away from the peaceful Northwoods area!

- There is a per-person, per-day fee to access the club amenities, and rates are subject to change. Please refer to the Tahoe Donner Association Amenities website for details.
- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains, this home has a steep driveway.
- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November-May.

- This home is equipped with a water safety system that automatically shuts off the water supply if usage exceeds a certain threshold. This may occur when multiple water sources (e.g., showers, dishwasher, and washing machine) are used simultaneously. If this happens, the water will resume shortly once usage normalizes. We appreciate your understanding and recommend staggering appliance and shower use when possible.
 
Each eligible property is issued 6 guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner Association.  Guests that fail to leave all 6 guest cards in the home after checkout will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children under the age of 3 are free.
