The property was great and location was perfect. The only downside was that only 1 restaurant in the village was open, however no one told me that at check in. They actually recommended a couple of places that had already decided to shut down for the season. That was really the only downside was that the check-in staff wasn’t knowledgable on surroundings.

Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location
Great for two people! We had four.
First: this is a great property, well maintained, updated bathroom and kitchen (super quiet Bosch dishwasher), superb location for ski-out. It is perfect for a couple.
When we booked originally it was advertised as having a sofa bed in the main room. We have two small kids and have stayed in similar properties nearby with this arrangement, so thought that would be fine. BUT, between booking and arrival the furniture was changed. The sofa bed was replaced with a regular sofa, and the listing changed to say "air mattress on request". We didn't see this, and the booking agent didn't reach out to us to tell us of this, despite knowing we had 4 guests booked. We would have been stuck with nowhere for one of our party to sleep had I not brought a camp bed with us (the other kid slept on the now not-sofa-bed sofa).
The only dining option is two bar stools at the kitchen counter (although it has sofa seating for 5-6 people now), which also doesn't make this a good choice if you plan to cook here with more than two people. In similar units in these buildings I've seen a 2-person table placed in the window bay instead of a love seat, which would be a better choice for 4 people. Again, this is a great property for two people. It's probably not the best choice for a family of four.
Other minor notes: it needs boot trays or more mats for boots/shoes by the door in winter. We ended up using trash bags. No salt/oil/seasonings, which you often do find in similar properties around here. As always if you plan on cooking at a VRBO, BYO cooking stuff. No dish towel provided (!) which was weird.
This property is managed by Redwings (?) who in turn let Northstar run it, which means you have to swing by 100 Northstar Drive to pick up the parking pass even though it's keyless entry. Would be nice if someone could just run that parking pass up the hill on the day of check-in so we didn't have to make that stop.
