Northern Family Room

Overlooking the snowbound village at Sugar Bowl, this charming two-floor loft is our largest room and sleeps up to 6 people. With a queen bed downstairs and two twin beds in two separate lofts upstairs, this room is ideally set up for a family or small group travelling together, everyone has their own space.

When the group is ready for quality time together, venture downstairs for revelry in the main floor lounge around the fire place. If you are looking for a family friendly atmosphere, find it in the lively Belt Room or on the Village Deck, there is often live music outside on the weekends, weather permitting.

All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.

HOTEL ROOMS

Non-Holidays;

If a reservation is cancelled between the time the advance deposit is taken and up to 30 days prior to the arrival date, there is a $50.00 cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled between 10 and 30 days prior to the arrival date, guests forfeits 50% of the initial deposit. If the reservation is cancelled within 10 days of the arrival date, the entire advance deposit is forfeited.

Holidays;

All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled between the time the advance deposit is taken and by October 23rd, there is a $50.00 cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled after October 23rd, the entire advance deposit is forfeited. This will apply to:

**Christmas and NYE Holidays (December 15, 2023 - January 06, 2024)
**MLK Weekend (January 12, 13, 14, 2024)
**President's Weekend (February 16, 17, 18, 2024)
**Ski Week and Weekend (February 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 2024)

HOMES

Non-Holidays;

If a reservation is cancelled between the time the advance deposit is taken and up to 30 days prior to the arrival date, there is a $75.00 cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days or less prior to the arrival dates, the entire advance deposit is forfeited.

Holidays;

If a reservation is cancelled between the time the advance deposit is taken and by October 23rd, there is a $100.00 cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled after October 23rd, the entire advance deposit is forfeited. This will apply to:

**MLK Weekend (January 12, 13, 14, 2024)
**President's Weekend (February 16, 17, 18, 2024)

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR LATE ARRIVALS, EARLY DEPARTURES, SHORTENING OF STAYS OR NO SHOWS. ALSO, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ROAD CONDITIONS OR WEATHER.

Cancellations within our cancellation period due to but not limited to weather, road closures, flight cancellations or health / medical reasons may not result in a refund. To allow our guests to travel with peace of mind we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
