The enormous deck is ideal for breathing in the lovely fresh alpine scent, relaxing in the natural shade of the towering pines, and rejuvenating in the private hot tub. Enjoy access to a variety of resort-style amenities at the Tahoe Donner Trout Creek Recreation Center, located less than a mile from your door.
Things to Know
Tahoe Donner guest passes allow four people per pass to access the recreation facilities, for a total of eight people. A $20 fee per person/per day will apply. Children under the age of 7 are free.
While chains are required in all vehicles in winter, a 4x4 or equivalent is recommended.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Dock details: There is a private dock at the Tahoe Donner Marina. Please bring your guest access cards.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Clean and nice place - but need some maintenence
This was a great house with nice living room, well stocked kitchen, and a nice driveway. However the downstairs toilet was not flushing properly - the handy man was able to fix it the following day. Lights in the upstairs bathroom do not work. The drain valve for the dishwasher floods the counter top repeatly and needs to be fixed ASAP. Overall it was a decent experience but these items were a big drawback

It's a great house to spend winter vacation.
We had a really good time there. When viewed from the picture, the exterior looked a little old, but in reality, it is much cleaner and a new house. Dishes and pots perfectly equipped for eight people, and everything was clean. There is a small forest behind the house, so we could enjoy the wonderful scenery inside the house. It was my first visit to the Donner Lake area, and there is a sledding slope and ski resort within 10 minutes, so it seems to be a great place to spend the winter. The accessibility to the northern Tahoe is also very good. Neighbors were also kind, I had a small difficulty because it snowed a lot on the day I checked out, but they gladly lent me their driveway and gave me advice. I highly recommend this house.
