THE HOME

The light-filled main level features soaring windows, a fireplace and an open living, dining and kitchen area designed for spending time together.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes high-end appliances, premium cookware and a coffee bar—perfect for everything from family breakfasts to dinner prepared by a private chef.

After skiing, biking or hiking, step outside and relax in the private slopeside hot tub overlooking Home Run.

Upstairs is a separate loft-style bonus living area with a large TV and comfortable seating, giving kids and teens their own place to hang out while adults enjoy the main living space.

Important: The built-in bunk alcoves in the upstairs bonus area are for lounging and play only and are not approved sleeping accommodations.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

True ski-in/ski-out access is dependent on snowfall, trail conditions and Northstar resort operations.

The Mountainside Tree House and Village Swim & Fitness Center are shared recreation facilities. Amenities, hours and seasonal availability are controlled by the respective facilities and may change.

The upstairs loft is a bonus living area. The built-in bunk alcoves are not permitted sleeping spaces and are not included in the home`s sleeping accommodations.

The HOA handles snow removal for the driveway, outdoor hot-tub area and front pathway. During active storms, timing depends on snowfall and community operations.

As with any mountain property, severe weather may occasionally affect road conditions, utilities or internet service.
