Charming cottage located across from Truro’s Corn Hill Beach on Cape Cod Bay. Cheerful, sunny, and tranquil. Hear the waves from your bedroom. Two bedrooms with queen size beds sleep 4 comfortably, bath with shower, kitchen, and living room with fireplace. The long picturesque beach features typically calm, warmer waters, and the views and the sunsets across the water are spectacular. Close to bike trails and Castle Hill Center for the Arts. Darling tiny place.
A sweet little beach shack with an emphasis on little. Smallest of the Rosehill cottages. Looks out on the Corn Hill Beach parking lot with the dunes beyond, then the lovely beach. Great for off-season when the lot is mostly empty. Mattresses are too soft and the cottage hasn’t been updated in decades, but this is reflected in the price.

Amazing sunsets
The beach is steps away from front door, and had the most beautiful sunsets each night. Dogs are allowed at the beach until second weekend in June (although it was a restricted area because birds were nesting). It was pefect!

Wild rose on corn hill is a gem
My wife and I had a wonderful time and Lynda the manager answered all my questions you’re right across the street from Corn Hill beach and it can’t get any better than that, just grab a cocktail and watch those sunsets

Simple cozy living at the beach
This cozy cottage was everything we needed for a week at the beach! All the essentials in a tiny house, perfect for my little family and dog. Would have been a little tight on a rainy day, but we had perfect weather so we stayed outside!
