Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
Strongly NOT Recommended – Poor Service and Safety Concerns During our 3-day stay, both the WiFi and washing machine advertised with the property were not working. We contacted the support team several times but received no proper solution, and eventually they stopped responding. Worse still, the fire alarm went off at 6:30am and continued for around 30 minutes. There was no fire, but we received no assistance and had to find the fire panel and stop the alarm ourselves. This was extremely distressing and raised serious concerns about guest safety and emergency support. With multiple advertised facilities unavailable, poor customer service and the fire alarm incident, we felt completely unsupported. I have raised a formal complaint and expect management to investigate this seriously. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this property.
