The fully equipped kitchen with induction stove includes all essential appliances such as fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen utensils, tableware, toaster, and kettle. The open American-style kitchen layout creates a social and inviting atmosphere, ideal for shared meals. Outdoors, you can enjoy the generous 700 sqm garden with garden furniture and a cozy barbecue area.
