An unquestionable advantage is the fact that the apartment is located in the first line of the coast, and guests reach the beach through their own lockable gate and a short, picturesque path leading through the forest (300 m). For sports enthusiasts, a gym is available on the premises. In addition, during the summer season, an outdoor heated swimming pool can be used, accessed by a bridge with glass railings. The grounds of the property are landscaped with a beautiful garden with a designated area for dining or basking in the sun on a deckchair. In addition, there are numerous restaurants nearby such as the Bay of Flavours (2.8 km) and the Mesa Grill Restaurant Cafe (3 km). A Żabka grocery shop (1.3 km) is also available within walking distance. There is also a car park on the estate, with a designated area where you can safely leave your car and a lockable covered bike shed.
