The hotel wasn’t fancy, but it was competent. It is a slightly upscale business hotel. The rooms were cramped but clean, and the breakfast offerings were smaller than usual, but the menu was thoughtful and offered something for everybody. The hotel seeks to differentiate itself with a family-friendly image. They offer a free toy to each child after breakfast, plus a free-use toy cabinet in the lobby to entertain them during down times. The toys are well-taken care of. There is no feeling that they are hand-me-downs in need of a battery. The hotel is also a five-minute walk from the station and an excellent array of dining choices for any palette, which are also child-friendly. There is also a nice park and playground a few minutes walk away. The only downside is the distance from the beach, which is more a problem of geography than the hotel.

何度か利用させてもらっているが今回は色々問題があった 1.連泊をすると、部屋の掃除が毎日でなく１日置きになる。　ゴミを収集 ・タオル交換は朝廊下に出しておく→交換の物がドアノブにかけている ・交換の際のごみ箱用のビニール袋が入ってなかった。　→　しょうがないので手前どもの土産袋をゴミ袋にして対応した。 ・ティッシュが途中でなくなった　→　フロントで詰め替え用を貰って、こちらで交換 2.３日目に断水（PM８時ごろ気づく）になった。 ・トイレが流せなく、少しやな感じ ・歯磨きが出来なくやめた 3.ウォシュレットから水が出なくなった。 ・フロントに伝えて調査すると言っていたが、退出の２日間直らなかった（何も対応しなかった） 4.有料の髭剃りを購入しても・・・ ・大浴場の洗い場には鏡がないので、大浴場でするなら脱衣室しかないが、流しは一つしかない。そこが他の人が利用していて剃れずに戻る。 ・部屋で髭剃りしても、アフターシェーブローションは大浴場なので、後で行くしかない。 5.３日目にホテルの駐車場が使えなくなった。バスの団体客が来るとかでふさがれた。 ・近くの駐車場に停めて欲しいと言われサービス券を渡された処理になったが、連泊しているので朝キーを預けるときに言って欲しいものだ。 ・団体客（外国人）優先的なイメージをうけた。 6.その他　部屋の事 ・部屋になぜかエキストラベッドが置きっ放しで、広くない空間がさらに狭くなっていた。 ・エアコンが９時位に切れる（暖房が切れる）　こちらは窓際のベッドだったので、明け方窓から冷気が入り寒かった。鼻かぜをひいた。
