Welcome to our charming studio with 1 bathroom perfectly situated near the U of A. This cozy retreat features a delightful patio, ideal for relaxing with your morning coffee or unwinding after a day of exploration. Lush touches with a modern and well stocked petite kitchen, with proximity to U of A, local eateries, and city attractions. Casetta Bella: Cozy Retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and location. This home sleeps 2 comfortably.
As a host I am available as needed please feel free to text for immediate access or call in an emergency, or dial 911. Any loud noises or disturbances reported after 8pm will incur a $1,000 fine. *No commercial vehicles allowed to park overnight. RV`s and trailers/campers are not allowed on the premises. There is a temporary hold of $500 for each reservation. It will be held beginning 2 days prior to checkout, and then automatically released within 10 days. Please note this is not a charge unless damages are incurred.
Leave beds unmade and place towels on floor in the bathroom. All clean towels can be found in each bedroom for guests.

House must be broom swept and all perishable items tossed in the outdoor receptacle. If you stay during a trash day please place pails at the street and bring in after pickup.

Air conditioning should be turned to off checkout (summer bookings)

Heat to be set to off at checkout (winter bookings).

No vehicles parked in the street overnight.

Remove all food, drinks and debris from any shared spaces and do not move or adjust furniture.

Ensure all lights are off and windows and doors are shut and locked at checkout.

Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am. Any loud noises or disturbances reported after 8pm will incur a $1,000 fine.

Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out.

Please mind the Arizona Wildlife as it may be beautiful, just not always friendly. If you see a snake in the property, call 911 and let them know, the fire department will come and remove it.
