The house was nice. Nice neighborhood and interior. It was unfortunate however, the city was tearing up the street for 4 days and the constant noise was hard. The house is managed by VACASA and unfortunately whenever they are the rental agency things get difficult. The VACASA customer service is rude. It has happened twice now in 2 different houses. I plan to avoid VACASA from now on. The house itself was very nice.

Month Rental Due To Water Damage To Our House

We had to stay somewhere for 4 weeks while our own house in Oro Valley was being repaired. This rental house was a great find and worked out for us perfectly. Only had a couple issues with the house. First the garage is not included in the rental. The driveway is pretty steep and made it difficult to park there. We had to park on the street most of the time. Second, the yard looked like it hadn't been maintained in a while prior to our visit and we never saw anyone in the four weeks we were there. When we arrive live branches from the palm trees were hanging in the pool water and almost the hot tub. I got my own tools out and trimmed these ones so we could use the outdoor facilities. Third, there appeared to be a very large water leak from the underground drip system. I took pictures and reported this to the management company and they asked me to investigate it further. Its not my property but I tried to help and they never sent anyone to look at it. Fourth, the paper products provided in the kitchen and bathrooms was terrible. They were so thin that they couldn't be used at all. We purchased our own as the supplied ones were not usable. All in all the house is in a great location, the layout was supper nice, the furniture was very nice and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again if needed.

Great place - Unless you need to sleep

This is a great place. House is beautiful outdoor area is great. Home is stocked and decorated well. The beds are terrible, ALL OF THEM! I tried the master king night one it is like a marshmallow but it is a king, second night I tried the "king" in the second room but didn't make it through the night because it is NOT A KING. I rolled over and fell in between two twin mattresses, get toward the middle and you are done. 3rd room with a queen felt like a marshmallow also it felt like you were in a mattress taco. Great place but replace all the beds now!

Nice property; horrible customer service

The property itself was nice and worked well for our family. However, we will never rent through Vacasa again. Despite the numerous postings around the property to contact Vacasa with any questions or concerns, it took 24 hours to finally get someone on the phone to answer a question for us. It took five or six phone calls, being put on hold for 30-40 minutes, told we would be called back (but never did), etc. etc. It was beyond frustrating and was not how a family vacation should begin. We will never rent through Vacasa again. I hope the property owner knows about this experience and demands for better customer service. It was horrible.

Just ok

We’ve been to Tucson/Oro Valley many times over last 10 years to visit family. The house was clean and the pool was phenomenal. However, there were a couple things that others should know: 1) the house is not child friendly. It’s beautiful, but decorations everywhere that a curious 4-year old was a little too temped by. The owners left a note asking tenants not to move anything, but if we didn’t, the chance of it all breaking was high. We opted to move everything breakable out of reach. Also there was no child lock to the pool which was a bit terrifying. 2) the garage does not hold two cars. We had two rental cars and someone had to park in driveway because of shelving in the garage. This is normally not an issue but the neighbors left a strongly worded note on my aunts car when she visited and parked on the street for a couple hours, a few days in a row. TLDR: This house is absolutely perfect for adults only, who do not have family in the area. Otherwise, I’d look elsewhere.

We just wanted a place to relax and get away from the cold. This place was very nice. The backyard area by the pool was great. Only thing was that we wished the hot tub was hot and the pool was a little warmer.

Nice location in Quiet Neighborhood

Check-in was very simple, instructions for lockbox clear. We paid for heated pool & hot tub, but when we arrived on Saturday evening there was no heat & hot tub jets not working. Contacted Vacasa & their rep stopped by Sunday morning. We were told they would contact pool maintenance. Pool maintenance arrived Tuesday morning & made repairs within an hour. By late Tuesday afternoon, we had heat in both pool & spa plus spa jets were working well. The remainder of the week went smoothly with great weather. Nice walk-friendly neighborhood with playground. Lots of shopping choices close by.

Beautiful house with nice pool/hot tub

Nice house for families with lots of space and nice outdoor space. Great location for us. Close to family. Comfortable beds although was expecting 2 twin beds but they were pushed together to make a king. Just lived with it. Leather sofas and chairs were nice but, leather is NOT great in the heat of AZ (skin sticks). No AC the first night and it was 107 degrees that day. We were offered another place to stay but, we opted to stay and use the pool. The AC was fixed early the next day and we were credited for one day. Kudos for that!! Kitchen appliances and washer/dryer really old. Could use some new utensils: can openers barely work, BBQ tools rusty, and lots of plastic lids with very few bowls to go with them (weird). Plastic plates to be used outside would be great as well. Other than that was fairly well stocked and clean except for the laundry room. All little things so, we would stay here again.
