Good and bad

The rooms (we had two) were nicely decorated, however, one room was not very clean in the bathroom. Also, the stopper in the bathtub was not functional so it was difficult to say a bath and the shower curtain allowed water on the bathroom floor. A beam in the hallway was head height and should be evaluated as the hazard it is to anyone walking the second floor mezanine. The stairway to the second floor was dim due to lights not working and very dirty looking making it less than desireable to climb up and down the exterior stairs.

Liked the location. Did not like the dirty floors, the bathtub not draining, the shower not engaging completely, the moldy grout in shower, stains on sheets and towels. Comforter was ripped. For the price charged.

We had been driving for over 20hrs and booked this room for freeway convenience however once installed in the room realized bed sheets had fleas and the room was infested with cockroaches! We left immediately and I’m expecting a refund. This place is unacceptable

Wow - what a disappointment! I didn't expect much for the price point but, geez. The floors were quite dirty - glitter, dust, long hairs, baseboards unclean. The chair for the desk had food stains all over it. The beds did not have bedskirts so the steel frames were exposed. Very poor house-keeping. No tip. Breakfast set up poorly executed: no pastries and no OJ. Love the waffle machine!

The room itself was run down. The paint on the walls was peeling all over. The room had dirt caked on the baseboards. We had issues with the shower, not including the rust, when we would turn it on and the water came out of the faucet it was the right temp but then would come out of the showerhead freezing. The tv got stuck on a high volume (sorry to whoever was rooming next to us) and when we called the front desk they basically said they couldn't do anything because maintenance was gone for they day and they would put in a work order. They never sent someone over to look at the tv. Thankfully we were able to connect the tv to a Bluetooth speaker we had so we could watch at a decent volume.

The room was large and stayed cold as only one of the rooms heating units worked. Bathroom was filthy and had roaches. The beds had hair and eyelashes all over the pillows and bedspread.
