Guests will enjoy full private access to the unit with a private entrance and convenient self check-in.



Street parking is available directly on E 12th St — easy and free.



The space is fully separate and designed for a comfortable, independent stay. Guests will have access to all indoor living areas as well as a shared outdoor patio space for relaxing outside.



Please note: Some exterior areas may be shared with neighboring units, but all interior living spaces are completely private.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a central Tucson neighborhood, this home offers easy access to the University of Arizona, Downtown, and some of the city’s best dining and entertainment. The area has a local, laid-back feel with a mix of residential homes and nearby hotspots, making it a convenient and comfortable base for exploring the city.

5–7 mins to Banner – University Medical Center

3–5 mins to the nearest grocery store

5–7 mins to the University of Arizona

5–8 mins to Downtown Tucson

5–10 mins to popular dining and local coffee spots

Other Things to Note:

The home is equipped with a fire extinguisher (located under the kitchen sink), a first aid kit in the bathroom, smoke detectors throughout the home, and a carbon monoxide detector in the living area.



The property includes a patio area. Please do not leave children or pets unattended while outside.



As this is Tucson, you may occasionally encounter local wildlife such as birds, insects, or other desert animals. While sightings are uncommon due to the surrounding area, we recommend keeping an eye on children and pets when outdoors.

We’re available from 9 AM – 7 PM through the app for any questions, recommendations, or anything you need to make your stay more comfortable.
