This 2,900 square foot home was meticulously remodeled with high-end finishes to create a luxurious feeling as soon as you step on the property. Interior design was done by Lidda Durazo, featured on the cover of "Tucson Lifestyle Magazine."

The house is designed for entertaining and has multiple spaces that can be enjoyed by the entire group. Coffered ceilings with recessed lighting appeal to any mood. Porcelain museum tile floors imported from Spain add elegance to the bright southwestern interior design. French oak wide-plank flooring adds warmth in the bedrooms.

You will not find another property like this within 5 minutes of campus.

It offers 5 bedrooms (all with closets) and 3 bathrooms (all with showers, one includes a bathtub). Two bathrooms are attached to bedrooms and one is common. The home sleeps 10 guest.

Arriving from either direction on centrally located Grant Road, take the access road and arrive at the stately outer gate. You'll notice two custom fabricated, automatic vehicle gates, a locking pedestrian gate, and beautiful Circa lighting to welcome you to your new Tucson home.

Step into the front entryway and you'll enjoy mature desert landscaping, a water feature, and a small covered front patio.

When you enter the home, you'll enjoy the spacious open floor plan. The main living area includes the living area, dining area, and kitchen area all connected with a large pocket-double sliding-glass door that opens to the pool and backyard living space.

The beautiful solid wood dining table has seating for ten. A bar includes everything you need to craft inspired cocktails.

The enormous kitchen has porcelain Italian countertops, Restoration Hardware lighting over the huge island with bar stool seating, built-in stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances including refrigerator, large gas range, dishwasher, dual wine fridges, double convection oven, and microwave. There is cabinet space galore stocked with everything you need to host large family meals.

The living room features a large, plush leather couch that comfortably seats 5, a cozy velvet love seat, and two comfy chairs. Enjoy your favorite shows and sports on the large TV, visible from the dining table and kitchen.

The home has 5 bedrooms including:

- Two king beds (large eastern master and first hallway bedroom)
- Three queen beds (cozy western master and two hallway bedrooms)

The spacious eastern master bedroom has a HUGE walk-in closet with seating and a spacious bathroom that includes a 2-seated bathtub and walk-in shower with a bench, large rainfall shower, and handheld shower head. This fabulous suite walks out into the backyard via sliding glass door with views of the pool and beautiful mature trees.

The cozy western master bedroom has ample closet space and a private bathroom with walk-in shower including two rainfall shower heads and two handheld shower heads.

Bathrooms include Scavolini vanities imported from Italy, Delta Brizo faucets and Kohler sinks complimented by Antolini's quartside countertops. Efficient Toto toilets pop amongst marble mosaics and book matched porcelain showers. Are you in Tucson or Lake Como? From inside the bathroom, you won't be able to tell.

The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining. It includes a saltwater pool, built-in gas BBQ grill station with an outdoor sink, mini fridge, and counter top seating. There is a large dining table with seating for ten, as well as gas fireplace and lounge chairs.

** Please note this home is not childproof, meaning there are certain precautions you should take before booking. The pool does not have a fence or cover so it is not safe for children who are unable to swim or without supervision at all times. **

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver for $50. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

- Local guests, please contact me prior to booking! Anywhere within 4 hours from Tucson.

- We take our relationship with our neighbors very seriously and the following rules are meant to protect them.

- Quiet Hours 9am to 9pm

- No music of any kind past 9 pm outside and the volume can't be too loud during the day to upset any neighbors. Any complaints from neighbors and you will be asked to leave immediately with zero refund and will lose your security deposit.

- No loud music of any kind past 10 pm inside the home. Any complaints from neighbors and you will be asked to leave immediately with zero refund and will lose your deposit.

- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS! No extra guests. Any complaints from neighbors and you will be asked to leave immediately with zero refund and will lose your deposit.

- If police are called to the property you will be asked to leave immediately with zero refund and will lose your deposit.

- Security Cameras: We have one wi-fi Nest camera on the property. It is a doorbell camera pointing at the front vehicle courtyard and front gate. The camera records per motion-activation and operates 24/7. We can access the camera via Nest app at any time. There are NO cameras inside the property or in the backyard. Do not block or tamper with the camera. If the camera becomes inoperable, we will access the property to remedy it.

- Noise Aware Monitors: We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. Do not unplug or tamper with NoiseAware devices. If the devices becomes inoperable, we will access the property to remedy it.

- We will send one warning of noise, after that you could be asked to leave immediately with zero refund and will lose your deposit.

-Wifi Internet: Wifi internet must remain functional throughout the property continuously during your stay. Do not unplug or tamper with wifi router, internet modem, or any other smart devices found throughout the property. If wifi internet loses connectivity or any of the devices on the property becomes inoperable, we will access the property to remedy it.

- Excessive cleaning charge $300. We will send photos if reported from our cleaners. Don’t leave trash everywhere, dirty dishes everywhere, destroyed furniture, sheets, or towels, etc.

*SWIMMING POOL SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WAIVER AND RELEASE*

1. No lifeguards on duty. Swim at your own risk. You release liability if you choose to use the pool.

2. Your own supervision is the key to preventing drowning: never leave children unsupervised in the pool or pool area - not even for a second!

3. Make sure someone is always watching children around the pool. Do not rely on barriers to keep children from reaching the pool. No barrier is childproof. Barriers only slow a child's access to the pool.

4. In case of an emergency: act immediately.

5. Shout for help.

6. Pull the child from the water.

7. Dial 911 (or the local emergency number) for help.

8. After checking the child's airway and breathing, immediately begin CPR/CCR if necessary (if you are trained).
