The space
Brand new, beautiful lake home completed June 2022.

- 1 Master Suite (Features a king size bed and private bathroom), 2 guest bedrooms upstairs (One Queen bed, pack and play included, and one full-over-full bunkbed), and a Queen sized pullout couch in the loft with an office setup; 2.5 baths total.

- (4) 4K Smart TVs throughout the house: master bedroom, living room, loft, and back porch (with outdoor sound bar)

- Fully stocked kitchen and brand new Weber Gas Grill to cook anything your stomach 'and soul' desires

- Spacious living room with double door access to the back porch

- Brand New 2022 72v Royal Crown Electric golf cart included with your stay. This cart does have seatbelts.

Bueller's Barrel House is your home away from home without all of the stresses of life. The home is relaxing, upscale, clean and equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable getaway.

Sit out on the porch or in the comfort of the home for some tranquil reading, or take the golf cart for a spin down to Blue Gill Grill and Marina. You are only a 5 minute drive from Holiday Landing Marina, a 20 minute drive to Jack Daniel's Distillery, or a 25 minute drive to Cascade Hollow Distillery, home of George Dickel Bourbon.

We also provide a great amount of board games for rainy days or nights you want to sit on the porch and have a game night. If you ever need something extra, Dollar general is less than a half mile down the road, while Tullahoma, Lynchburg, and Winchester are 15 minutes away providing all of the shopping and restaurants you need.

Perfect vacation location

Our favorite parts of this comfortable house were the screened in porch with fireplace and television and the coffee bar. The porch was ideal for watching football games or just reading by the fire. The subdivision seemed very safe and well organized. The Bueller house is only a couple of houses from the cart path to the marina. Super location for hiking.

Quick trip to Tim Fords Lake

Absolutely loved this house. Everything is clean, stocked for anything you can possibly think of. Board games, upstairs arcade games, cute patio sitting, lake towels, fun golf cart, and quick trip to the lake. Loved the kitchen to cook for 6, coffee station was wonderful in the AM and enjoyed all our beverages on the porch. Owner was quick to respond to all our questions! Would recommend for any families and hope to come back.

Pretty and Peaceful

Perfect spot to bring some boys for a weekend at the lake. I loved the coffee area!! There was plenty of room with the upstairs living area for kid hangout. We all loved coffee and board games on the back porch with the little woods behind it. Nice wooded golf cart trail to the waterfront.

What a wonderfully clean property and exactly as described by an equally wonderful host! Easy check in and out, home was equipped with everything needed. We had a nice get-a-way at Bueller's Barrel House! Would definitely choose to book with this host again.

Quiet and Relaxing Lake Weekend

Dealing with Farris was easiest part of the trip. Amazing communication and tried to make sure everything was great. The house and neighborhood is extremely quiet. The nice golf cart made it super easy to take a quick 1 min drive to our boat. Kitchen was set up perfect for all the cooking I did. Could not recommend this place enough.

Fantastic stay

The home is so inviting and well equipped. Super comfy, cean, and spacious, it offers a wonderful layout to spend quality time together. The location offers convenient access to the lake and is just a short drive to the town of Winchester for any supply runs. The owner is readily available to help you with any questions and always just a phone call or text away. Without any hesitation, I would highly recommend booking this property for your next getaway.

Lake Weekend

We absolutely loved our time at the Bueller's Barrel House. The owners thought of everything and their home is a perfect getaway. The home was exceptionally clean and comfortable for the entire family. We have stayed in many lake homes and this was by far the best! We will definitely stay again in the future. Having a golf cart available and already charged for when we arrived was also super helpful. We were able to ride down to the lake with all of our gear without having to wait for it to charge. Perfect Weekend Get Away

Beautiful house and the best host!

Bueller’s Barrel House is absolutely astounding! Amazingly furnished, an easy drive to the most beautiful places like Rutledge Falls and Jack Daniels distillery, and taking the golf cart down to the marina to eat and enjoy the music at Blue Gill Grill was a great way to end the day. To top it off, Farris was the best host we have ever had. He was there to help every step of the way. You will not find a better place to stay in the area. Thank you, Farris!!! We WILL be back.

Phenomenal property

We spent the week at the beautiful lake house. It was furnished beautifully and stocked perfectly. Spotlessly clean, it felt like home.
